Woke up early as its Anthony's 11th birthday today.
We had packed lots of cards and Anthony had a good hour or so opening them.
Straight off to IOA - well it is Anthony's favourite!!
The boys chickened out of wearing wet trainers all day again, so it was just me and Heather on the Popeye Barges!! We had a whole raft to ourselves and it was great! She got far wetter than me!!
Anthony and I went on Ripsaw Falls on our own, and Mat and Heather became those mad psycopaths at the end of the ride ready to soak us!!
Again, it was fairly quiet in the park and we were easily able to go round the whole place and do everything again!!
Bought Anthony a Duelling Dragons T-Shirt and Heather a Flying Unicorn one.
WE LOVE ROLLER COASTERS!!
Back to the hotel for a quick change and down to Pointe Orlando.
It is such a shame to see that big toy shop all closed down. In fact, the place seemed dead!!
We had dinner in the Pac Man cafe, and the staff there gave Anthony a free dessert with "Happy 11th Birthday" written in strawberry sauce around his plate! That was a lovely touch.
Upstairs to XS Orlando. We bought Anthony a time card, giving him 2 hours of play on anything he wanted!! He was in his element.
Heather, Mat and I shared a cash card which was unlimited play, but we could all share it.
It was good fun here, but we have definitely decided we must do Disney Quest next time. It was a toss-up between XS and DQ and we chose XS for ease of location.
