First Trip alone in over 20 years!!!

This December my wife and I will have our first trip alone together anyplace (without the kiddos) in about 23 years!!!

After a honeymoon at disney (preceeded by several trips while dating) and one or two trips before the kids started arriving, we have gone many times over the years with first one...then two...then three children. A tremendous blessing with uncounted memories to cherrish forever...but omgomgomg...a trip with just the 2 of us! The oldest is 22 and doing his own thing...middle one is 20 and married off...leaving only the 16 year old who is a little excited to have a taste of freedom while we are gone...with a little grandparent supervision just down the street of course

Don't know how to act, but we will do our best to figure things out.

We will be at the Contemporary from December 14-21 celebrating our 26th anniversary. Hope to see many of you there!

I know how you feel I only have One Ds he's 20 and gonna take care of the 4 dogs, ferret, hamster and fish. No kennel for my babies. DH and I are celebrating 25 years together we met on Dec. 3rd and honeymooned in Disney, Where else is there for magic. We are at WL 11/28-12/06 and looking forward to Christmas decorations, food, shows and fireworks. we are also going to LaNouba 1st time. Why is it going so slow????

That's what I love about disboards...helps give you a mickey fix while helping the time to pass a little faster between trips. Plus no matter how many times I have gone I always seem to pick up a new tidbit of helpful advice.

Just found out about MK Wishes Dessert Party from a disser and booked immediately. Got Nov30th and it sounds awesome. Dh has a sweet tooth and I can't wait to see the fireworks.I may not join all the threads but I read alot of them, always getting ideas.
