We are planning to visit in February 2017, and have pretty much decided where to stay while at DLP.

We would be interested in any recommendations for a clean, mid-price hotel in Paris that would be easy to get to Metro and all of the sites...any suggestions? We are 3 adults and 2 adults, so I know that room/bed numbers can be an issue for 3 adults...

Thanks so much!

We're going to Paris and DLP for the first time next year too! I haven't booked anything yet but have found some great options on booking.com. When you use the map view (upper right corner of your search results) you'll be able to see the location relative to the sites you want to see and metro stations.

As you stated, having 3 adults can be challenging. But there are a lot of apartments listed that might accommodate your group better than a hotel.

We were just there last month and used AirB&B for our accommodations. Saved a ton on Lodging ($50 a night for a studio apartment, close to Metro and a lot of other amenities). You do need to research each one to make sure they have your basic needs covered, but we were very satisfied.

I am planning our 2017 trip and just booked the Hotel du Cadran. I can't vouch for it yet, but it was recommended in the Rick Steves Paris travel guide and it does have a room that sleeps 5. The reviews are pretty solid, except that the rooms are tight (which seems to be common in Paris) and the shower in the room for 5 is handicap accessible and tends to leave a mess of water. But it is close to the Metro and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, plus it is affordable. http://www.cadranhotel.com/

We loved the Hotel Mayfair on rue Rouget de Lisle in the 1st and will go back. It is across the street from Tuileries Gardens and you can easily walk to the Champs Elysee, Louvre, Notre Dame, Musee d'Orsay, Opera House, etc. There is a taxi stand very close by as well as some subway lines. I know they have rooms that handle 3 adults as they offered one to us when we traveled with my mom. We declined the offer since we wanted separate rooms.
