hi people, this discussion board is fantastic and i have learned so much!!

myself jenny :mic: , my sister lisa:wave2: , my cousin marylynn:wave2: and my 8 year old son ajaypirate: will be travelling from Malta (where we live) to dlp. we are staying at the santa fe hotel from monday march 16th til sunday 22. we arrive in the morning and leave at night so we pretty much have 7 full days.

i have a few questions that i thought you veterans might be able to answer.

what is the weather like in March?? are we talkin really cold?? need to know what to pack.

is it a busy season? i shouldnt think so but thought i might ask anyway....

will we be able to see everything in 6 days?

we want to spend one day visiting the aquarium and the eiffel tower, how do i go about booking a trip, travelling there etc??

where is it good to have out evening meal that is good but won't break the bank, since we are staying so long??

any tips you could give us since we are first timers?

thanks a bundle pixiedust:

Welcome!

March's weather should be ok. I'd say to pack jumpers and coats but also lighter clothes too as it can be warm(ish) Youd be ok leaving the hats and scarves behind though.

It should be rather quiet as unfortunatly it's inbetween the 15th Celebrations and Mickey's Magical Party.

6 days would be enough to see the attractions you wanted and to re-ride (multiple times) your favorates however there is no real length of time to 'see' everything as there are so many little details dotted around.

I know you can book a trip to Paris through the Hotel New York but I don't know any details I'm afraid.

Food-wise I'd suggest trying Annettes and also Cafe Mickey's if you wanted a character meal. The Cheyenne and Santa Fe buffets are also good value too!

hi we have been at the begining of march last year.
we are from malta aswell....and for us we found the weather cold...so better to pack layers and extras cause u dnt know what weather u may find.

cafe mickey is a gr8 place to eat in disney village where the food is good and there is a lot of character interaction. book this at ur hotel at concierge desk.

advice...use EMH in the morning if u manage to get up early as u manage to do plenty of rides with little or no queue at all.

thanks for your replies..:flower3: .. i thought we maltese might find it colder than the british :p
