Hi all

I am going with my sister to disneyland this december for 2 nights monday 18th till wednesday 20th. We have both been to WDW many times, i even worked at WDW this summer just gone but know little about Disneyland Paris so have a few questions.

1. We are staying at the Sante Fe hotel and are arriving by eurostar on their direct service. Is there a bus to take us to the hotel and will there be space for our luggage on the bus?

2. How busy will it be? i know christmas is only a couple of days away but we arnt going on a weekend and im sure the schools are still in school then.

3. On the day we leave we are taking the direct eurostar to london at about 6.30pm and plan to spend the whole of that day in the parks. Where can we leave the luggage? Is there anywhere in the eurostar station?

4. I know we have to get tickets for the lion king, how long before showtime should we que up for tickets then que up for the show (dont need to be at the front on the theatre). Also the Christmas stage show is on at that time too, is there a ticket system for that or you just turn up?

5. Where should we watch the Fantilussion show where we can see the most?

Thanks!!

1) there may be room for you and your luggage on the bus! ;) The bus leaves outside the train station every few minutes - I arrived on a Saturday around 3pm and there were only 2 other ppl getting on, but other times the busses were mobbed. If you arrive midday to early evening, I think that you will be just fine. Unlike at WDW, people board through the back doors, and these have a large open area where you can stand with your luggage for the very short trip

Hope that someone else can answer your other questions - this past Sunday the park was just crazy busy but hopefully you will still find those weekdays are quieter.

You'll be fine getting on the bus with your lugagge as they are fairly quiet at that time of day. You catch the buses right outside the train station.

2. How busy will it be? i know christmas is only a couple of days away but we arnt going on a weekend and im sure the schools are still in school then.
It will be busy but make sure you take advantage of fastpass. Unlike WDW where you can only hold one fastpass at a time, you can hold one fastpass for every ride at DLRP at the same time.

3. On the day we leave we are taking the direct eurostar to london at about 6.30pm and plan to spend the whole of that day in the parks. Where can we leave the luggage? Is there anywhere in the eurostar station?
You have the choice of using the left luggage facility at your hotel, leaving it at Guest Storage to the right of the entrance of the Disneyland Park (2.50 euros per item), or hiring a locker at the station (don't know the price for these but I believe they are large enough for suitcases)

4. I know we have to get tickets for the lion king, how long before showtime should we que up for tickets then que up for the show (dont need to be at the front on the theatre). Also the Christmas stage show is on at that time too, is there a ticket system for that or you just turn up?
It will tell you on the park map what time you need to queue to collect tickets. If you don't want to spend time queuing you could also coincide a snack in the Cafe Hyperion with a show ~ although the view is not as good as in the theatre it is still good. :thumbsup2 You only need tickets for the Lion King show.

5. Where should we watch the Fantilussion show where we can see the most?
The best place to watch is on Central Plaza as you will get to see all 3 stages of the parade.

Hope this helps. :goodvibes

Well I never knew that - has this always been the case cos if so, we've missed a trick - but good news for our trip in 8 days (just to remind you - did I ever mention that we've going to DLP for Xmas :rotfl: )

Not sure how long it's been possible to get multiple FP but it was in August 2005 (our first trip)

Well you may have mentioned it once or twice..... ;) .... :goodvibes :goodvibes

I've just seen that you're only staying for two nights - like us on our last visit. If you haven't already, my advice would be to check the calendar here, for the times of the shows and parades, and make a note of the timings of the things you really want to see. :)

Have a wonderful time :Pinkbounc
