Day 3 - Sat. June 19th -- First thing before we left the hotel, DS6 had been bugging us about getting Pal Mickey since the night before after seeing the advertisments on the channel that always comes on when you turn on your tv. I thought $60 was a lot of money for him, but we decide to get him since we were given some Disney Dollars with our package. I have to admit, DS6 loved him and carried him around every park all the time without complaining. It was really neat to go by a ride or a show and Mickey started telling you about it. I really liked the way he would tell you "the parade's about to start in a half hour" For anybody who's wavering on whether or not to get Pal Mickey, I say go for it! I thought it was worth the money. Plus, we were told that you can bring the same Pal Mickey back in a year, 2 years, whatever and he will be automatically updated with any new information.

Got to Animal Kingdom shortly after 9:00am. We headed straight back to the Safari expecting to grab fast passes, but there was only a 5 min wait in the standby line. Needless to say, we got right on! DS6 really liked saving "Little Red" after the Safari we headed to Camp Mickey Minnie to see characters, again NO LINES! (yeah!) we spent the next 6 hours at AK (can't remember the exact order of events) but we went through both (for lack of a better word) zoos (I know, I know, it's Nathtazu)

A word about the baby changing center. AK was the only place where you were allowed to take in your stroller. I thought the idea was to help the parents!

Anyway, we really enjoyed AK. It did help that it was very shaded and they had lots of fans.

Headed back to Pop in the afternoon. Someone (can't remember if it was me or DH) took DS6 to the pool after DStwins were asleep.
