Hello folks!
well, I am (or I'll be?) a 'first timer' around WDW and DDP in next September; :cool1: and I'll post our choosen and booked ADR...
I would appreciate very much feedbacks and ideas as well opinions of very very picky eaters about the places we're going to try b/c my darling fiance is a extraordinary off charts picky eater ;)I can tell you some places I've read about in DISboards made cry when DF simply cut them out...:guilty:
So here it comes:
09/06
Boma - "Welcome to WDW Dinner" 5:55 pm
09/07
Biergarten - 2:00pm
09/08
Yak & Yeti - 5:45pm
09/09
Liberty Tree Tavern - 11:45am
Rose & Crown Pub - 7:45pm
09/10
Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show - 8:00pm
09/11
San Angel Inn - 12:50pm
(now I'm worried about this ADR... is this place closed for refurb or not? )
09/12
Chef Mickey - 7:50pm
(Our first proper 'character meal')
09/13
Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater - 3:35pm
09/14
Crystal Palace - 4:30pm
(And our day at the MNSSHP!!!)
09/15
No ADR, actually we are thinking about call this day our 'day off' to relax; I want to book some spa treats for us both we'll see...
09/16
Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue 7:15pm
09/17
Coral Reef - 12:00pm

AND that's it!:rolleyes1
What do you think about our choices?
TIA!!!

hun, let me present you my darling fiancee:
Luiz (say "hi!") is 31 yo pooh sized and eager meat eater. But he is not too much into burguers. He won't eat fish or sea food of any kind, not even at gun point...

sooo sad sometimes we wento to dinner and he simply stays watching me eat b/c we went into a sushi place...:rolleyes1 and he did not find any meat dish he would like to try! When we get back home he grab a bowl of milk and cereal :confused3 yep, that's the kind of guy he is...
And that's me ;)

An 'ex-pooh sized' 34yo gal who went through bariatric surgery in Dec2006... I can eat almost everything now but in smaller amounts! And as I was:surfweb: the food porn around I'll certainly let a lot of food behind me!

Thanks!

Your choices look good. :thumbsup2

San Angel is not closed for refurb.

OOOh, that's a relief !Thanks!
I was wondering about the Mexican restaurants and I got really confused about what was closed for refurb or not!

Congratulations on your weight loss!! You look super... and I'll bet you feel so much better, too. :thumbsup2

Sorry DF is so picky ... don't let him dampen your spirit, though... your ADR's look great and honestly I think he will be able to find something that he likes... and I can highly recommend the spa at SSR :cloud9:

We have ressies for San Angel Inn as well. It's the other Mexican restaurant called Cantina San Angel that is closed. :woohoo:

Since he is such a meat eater, I would try to put Ohana in there somewhere for dinner. It's a little like a churrascaria. He will have all the meat he wants! Ohana is a restaurant at the Polynesian Resort.

Thanks Debbie!

Ah, I know I'm going to feel guilty of all my 'left overs' (b/c you know, it's what my Mom taught us that's a sin leave food in your plate uneaten when there are so may children without enough food:guilty:) but I know I'll ask as many sea food dishes as I wanted  and it my particular case the servings are HUGE and my stomach too small:confused3 it's not really negotiable eat all!:upsidedow

Sharonbe, we tried to get Ohana at dinner but no luck and we got a wonderful TA ad DU... So I really think my fiance will have to wait till we come back to Brazil to eat in churrscarias all the meat he likes :) without paying one arm and a leg for it! And weeeeeell, some ribsm and filet dishes I've been seen in the food porn threads are huge (I'm betting even HE cannot eat ALL till clean plates! :)
