Alright people.... You've all been riding this wave with me since August, and it's finally here! My ADR window opens tomorrow and I'll be making reservations for the FIRST TIME EVER! Now The Day is looming and I feel a panic attack welling up... Does anyone have any last tips for me? Thanks!

Stay calm and enjoy it! I know sounds hard, but I actually did. By the end of my adr morning, I was souped up and ready to make more!
It was a challenge to me and I loved it.

Good luck and hope you get what you want. :)

i'm sure you've made your reservations already but in case you didn't get all your first choices just a word of advice... check back every once in a while. i've been able to get in when someone canceled to some of my first choices when i couldn't get them originally (including crt and le cellier this year). then just cancel anything you no longer want. i'm a planner otherwise i stress myself to death so when i'm getting ready to make my adr's i have a back up plan in writing in front of me so i know how to make changes that fit in with our overall plan. hope you got what you wanted.

Thanks for the encouraging words... I tend to get a little dramatic ;)

And yes, after a night of VERY little sleep (less than 3 hours!) and the system giving me a coronary over the screwy dates, I ended up getting EXACTLY what I wanted.... even BBB for my 3 yr old right before lunch at CRT, plus Fantasmic dining pkg at Brown Derby, plus breakfast at Crystal Palace, AND the huge half-cow-on-a-plate steak dinner for my hubby at Yachtsman. The CM I spoke to when making my Fantasmic pkg was sooooo nice and super helpful (pretty sure her name was Tess) and just speaking to her made my nervousness vanish and got me pumped up and excited for the trip. I'm THRILLED, to say the least. Now the hardest part is going to be this 180-day wait!
