It's our very first trip to US/IOA and we'll be staying at the RPR. Where are some of your faves in and out of the parks? We've already been to Margaritaville several times in Myrtle Beach so we'll probably skip that. It will be me, DH, DS 17, and DS 13. We'll be staying for three nights and need recommendations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only place we're definitely eating is the character breakfast with Spiderman. TIA!
:wave2:

We LOVE Mythos is IOA.Great food and wonderful atmosphere. Unlike any place you've ever seen. Lombard's Landing is our favorite in US.
You teens would probably like the Hard Rock Cafe in City Walk.
If you want an upscale, $$$$$ dinner, we love Tchoup Chop at the Royal Pacific Resort.

At IOA I like: Confisco's, The Enchanted Oak, Mythos and Thunder Falls Terrace.

At the Studios I like Louie's mainly. The Monster Cafe has a cool atmosphere but the food is kinda blah.

hey im going to RPR in 29 days and your ticker says your going in 30! im there from the 27th to 31st. I'm sure i'll pass you walking around one day.

Mythos!!! You wont believe its a theme park restaurant!

Tchoup Chop
Mama Della
Mythos
Either or both bakeries inside each park (breakfast)
Thunder Falls at IOA (lunch)
Hard Rock Cafe
The Kitchen at HRH (any meal)
The pool bar/cafe at any of the onsites for lunch

For breakfast at RPR, you have two choices: the breakfast buffet at the Island Dining Room (around $15 per person) or a continental breakfast at the Orchid Court Lounge. For sweet tooth people, there's a Cinnabon located at Citywalk and another one inside IOA. If you prefer breakfast sandwiches, those can be obtained at the Croissant Moon Bakery at IOA and the Beverly Hills Boulangerie at US.

For lunch, we grab a bite at Jake's American Bar (located at RPR) on our arrival day as it is usually around lunch time when we check-in. At IOA, we go to Mythos. We don't have a favorite restaurant at US. On the day we check-out, we eat lunch at one of the fine restaurants at Citywalk.

For dinner, we almost always eat at Citywalk. Usually on our arrival day, we'll splurge and eat at either Emeril's Restaurant at Citywalk or Emeril's Tchoup Chop at RPR. Both are expensive and have a dress code but have great food, atmosphere and service. The restaurants we've tried and liked at Citywalk are Margaritaville, Hard Rock Cafe and NBA City. The other restaurant we've dined at was Pastamore and we didn't like it. The service was fine but we thought that the food was bland.

We loved the breakfast buffet at the Islands Dinningroom. Dinner there is also very good. Tchoup Chop is wonderful.
Mythos is a must do for us in IOA, as is Finnegan's in US.
In CW we enjoy NBA city, Pastomore' and Margarittaville

at citywalk, you should eat at jimmy buffet's margaritaville and the hard rock cafe. both are very good and we enjoyed them a lot. :thumbsup2
