First timer To WDW-Die hard fan of DL

We will be taking our first time trip to Disneyworld in Nov. 2008? Is this a good time to go? Any tips would be great. There are about 20 of us going. 8 of the 20 will be kids ranging from the ages of 4-15 including one of them will be in a wheelchair. Any help would be appreciated.

We've been in November several times and it's a good time to go. The weather's good, the crowds are good and the Christmas decorations are going up.

First, decide on where you'd like to stay. On or off property? Which hotel/resort? Then, I'd go for the tickets. Then, the dining reservations. Then, the daily schedule.

Ask questions and we'll try to answer!

I guess it depends on when you are going in November. The attendance is very different around Thanksgiving then at the beginning of the month.

We went November 9-16 and LOVED it!

Very light crowds.

Heat and humidity were gone but it was still warm enough to wear shorts in the day, swim in the pool and visit the waterparks.

We're in the same boat as OP. We are going first time Nov 2008 to WDW (only 3 of us though!), but go to DL 2-3 times a year.

We are also doing the cruise after the parks. Eager to hear your info!
