Our family of 4 is doing Disney this fall. :cool1: It is the first time ever for DH and DDs 5 and 8. We are staying at the poly and doing the deluxe dining plan. We are planning on rest time back at the poly after lunch except on AK and HS days.

Here's what I have so far to use 21 TS credits per person:
Day 1- Ohana D
Day 2- Sci-Fi L, Brown Derby (fantasmic) D
Day 3- CRT B, No idea L, Wispering Canyon Cafe D
Day 4- Akershus (princesses) B, Le Cellier L, Tutto Italia D
Day 5- still looking for late B or early L, Boma D
Day 6- Kona Cafe B, Coral Reef L, Narcoossee's D
Day 7- Crystal Palace L, Hoop DeDoMR D
Day 8- Chef Mickey's B then off to the airport

Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Looks great. Just be sure to time the meals apart by at least 4 to 5 hours or you won't be hungry enough to eat the next meal. Especially with buffets or all you can eat places and on days that you have 3 meals planned. Plus don't forget you also get 2 snacks each per day.

For day 3, how about Liberty tree tavern for lunch or Tony's town square?
For day 5, think of where you'll be around that time, and schedule a meal that's close by.

Thanks for the input. If I've done a good job with tentative scheduling, it's only because of all the fantastic advice on this board and reading the Unofficial Guide cover to cover.

Day 5 we are planning on the AK. Any suggestions? We don't really want Rainforest because we had a bad experience at one in Denver and one in Vegas.

Snacks????????????? Forgot about those. Will I be wearing sweats by the time we get home?

Looks like you did a great job. So much eating... so little time! At AK- I can't say enough good things about Tusker House. You are eating at Boma I believe so the two might overlap a bit but I thought it was a great lunch break.

We are staying at the Poly as well. We are doing the Best friends breakfast at Ohana's which is right at the Poly. You might consider that on the day you are looking for a late breakfast if you will not be in the parks. Our kids will be 4 and 8 when we go and I think they will enjoy seeing Lilo, Stitch, mickey and the gang. Have fun.
