As you can see, we get it! We have to come here to celebrate, because so few do get it.
The picture thing, actually is easy but I have to be reminded each time I do it. It involves right clicking on the picture you see in someone's siggy, going to properties, then address, copy that and then go to your user CP to modify your signature and paste it there. You'll find a better explanation with someone else, but it is eventually very easy!
