I'm a complete newbie here. We've never been to Universal before. We are staying at HRH in September. I just have one question. How do your tickets to the park work? Is it like WDW and their Keys to the World, all included on your hotel room key? I just want to know what to expect.

No, they don't have the key to the world like Disney does. The park ticket is separate but your express pass is your room key and you can use your room key to make charges to your room.

You will have a room key for each of you and a ticket for each of you. You need to bring both along to the parks as both are needed. You will show your ticket to get into the park and you will show your room key to get into the express lines.
