I spend half my money on WDW, and waste the rest.

My friend, his wife and 2 girls (4 and 5) or going to WDW (next month) for 2 nights before a weekend engagement at Clearwater. Never been there and is staying wed and thurs nights at VWL 1BR (may want to buy DVC). Anyway they arrive wed 10-13 around 3PM and need to be to Clearwater friday eve. I noticed Spectro and Wishes are at 8PM wed night and not at all thurs night. Being at VWL I was thinking they should spend a park day and go to MK after arrival even though it would be for about 5 hours (plus its just a quick boat ride), then do a whole day of parks thursday, then sleep in and check out friday-do a dvc tour and head to Clearwater in the afternoon. OR should they tour DVC on arrival (skipping SM and Wishes this trip), do a whole day at parks, get up and check out friday (put the bags in the car) and do a park friday AM until the afternoon. Either way Fantasmic thursday night. Any thoughts? Also wondering how busy these 2 days will be. Thanks.

Wow, tough call with so little time. If it were me, I would go to Spectro and Wishes Wednesday night, then back to the MK Thursday morning (EMH), then over to the Studios for the afternoon and Fantasmic. Yes, I do like AK and Epcot, but with such young children, being their first trip, and because they'll be going back, I would limit this trip to the MK and the Studios. JMO

Edited to add: I would also try to squeeze in a Chef Mickey's breakfast on Friday morning. They serve from 7:00am-11:30am so they could probably fit it in around the DVC presentation.

Hi!

Ditto jcemom's schedule. I LOVE AK, but I think MK and the Studios would be a better bet, and her schedule allows for some breathing room and some extra time to do their DVC tour Fri. morning.
