First Timer - Booking a Disney Package

I booked my first ever Disney vacation! I did this over the phone with an agent. Is there a way I can pay my deposit online? She stated that I owe $200 within 3 days or it will be cancelled. How picky is Disney about the deposit due date? If I call in or pay online in a week, would that be OK? Or is it cancelled automatically? Ideally I would like to pay online but I need a little longer. How do I view my balance owing as well? Is this easily viewed on My Disney Experience? When is final payment due? Thanks!

I would expect it to be cancelled. I am surprised you weren't asked to pay while booking.

The reservation WILL be canceled if deposit is not paid by day 3. You need to call.

Thanks, when do you think the pay online link will be back up and running? How do I view my amount owing or is that area of the site not working either? I am new to my disney experience.

It may never be up and running. I would just take it as a pleasant surprise if it ever is. You can't view your amount owed online. Super annoying - I currently owe money on a package too and it's irritating to not be able to see it.

I was reading on Disney FAQ's and they said you should be able to make online payment and view amount owing online. Sounds like something is going on with their system which is very annoying when I am trying to learn the ropes here!

The FAQ is out of date. You have to call to pay.
