We're planning a Very Merrytime Cruise with our daughter (will be 6) for late November or early December 2018. Trying to decide between:

Eastern Caribbean out of Port Canaveral
Western Caribbean out of Port Canaveral
Bahamas out of Galveston

Which do you prefer and why? Thanks!

We preferred the eastern because of the extra sea day and it had a more laid back vibe to it than the western. Both were on the Fantasy and we loved them, but Eastern narrowly wins. We also prefer the Dream class ships to the classics so my vote would be for whichever is on a Dream class. Many here have experienced better service on the small ships but that was not the case at all for us. The worst service we've had on any cruise ship was on the Wonder and had that been our first Disney cruise we would not have ever cruised Disney again.

We also prefer longer cruises so whichever is longest would win for us. Good luck in your decision and have fun.

Bahamas is cool in the winter. I would definitely go more south and do Caribbean - either one. Eastern has one more sea day than Western - we enjoy sea days.
