First time with DDP

I just wanted to thank those who have given their opinions and recommendations. I have a whole new insight to make the best of our WDW vacation especially in the "dining arena!" I am still looking at any and all comments and recommendations with DDP. This will be the first time for our daughters (6,3) and I want it to be memorable for them and enjoyable for us. Also, I will have my 30th b-day while in WDW, so any great stories any has to share about their b-days I would love to hear too!!
