I was trying to get an answer via chat, but it was taking so long. Guest Relations must be flooded today.

I have been to WDW many times. But never used FP+. We are staying at the GF. Will I get a print out or something of the fast passes we've selected, or should I print it out before I go? Or do they expect you to use the "My Disney Experience" app? Will it set up reminders for you? I'm 50, you see, and it's hard for me to remember details like that. lol.

Thanks in advance.

They expect you to use the app. But it is always a good idea to write down what you booked, or print out a screenshot of the page of your MDE account that shows you what you booked. Once you have your FPs booked, you can go to your account and look under the FP section and it will show you in one concise area what you booked for each day, and you can print that out. And if you book additional FPs while you are in the park, you won't be able to print anything out, so you either have to remember the times, or write them down, or refer to the app on your phone.

Have a great trip!

They expect you to use the app. I always take a screen shot of it with my phone so I don't have to keep logging in to see what I've got planned for the day. I'm also a paper planner type of girl, so I write my FP+ and the park hours on an index card that I carry in my pocket as well. Just because it's habit.

I created a schedule for each day listing Park, ADR's and Fast Passes with times ;) Just in case my phone dies and I cannot use the app.

I can so relate on not really wanting to fool with the apps and my phone on vacation. I'm not fond of being tied to digital information anytime, much less on my vacation.

With the above said, even I loved the app at the parks when I go the hang of it. My advice is play around with it a little before you leave. When you are in the parks along with your FP+ and any dining ressies, you can check ride wait times, it will tell you if a ride gets shut down so you don't walk all the way around the park just for it only to find it's closed (that happened to us when POTC was shut down for a few hours the morning we were at MK) after I became a little more comfortable with it I really did love the app.

I have to say checking dining reservations quickly from the app was pretty neat.
