It's safe to say I have been a DIS girl my whole life and regardless of when we go to Disney we are able to ride every attraction...This year I have decided to add the Nick Hotel & Universal to our plans since my boys are older now.
I was going to book from Feb. 23-27 at Universal.
It this a bad time to go?
What is the Express pass?
Any info or suggestions would be great!! Thanks !!

No...you should be fine during that time. The Express Plus passes are like FastPasses except you can only use them once per participating attraction. I wouldn't worry about them until you arrive and see if the lines warrant spending the money...you may not need them.

If you decide to stay onsite, you will get unlimited Express access for the duration for everyone in the room and crowds will be of no concern to you.
:thumbsup2

I don't think its a bad time to go cause I think its slow part of the season and the express pass is a pass that allows you to get thru the lines alot faster but only once per ride unless your a onsite hotel guest then you get an unlimited express pass
which is your room key and thats good for as many times as you want but I wouldn't think you would need express pass for the time you are going but I have never been in Feb only in june or july and that is the busy season at Universal.
Hope this helps

Harry Potter probably won't be open yet so the crowds will be light. If you can manage to extend your stay until the 28th you can see a Mardi Gras parade and Dierks Bentlye in concert, if you are into that kind of music. That is included in your saturday ticket.
