First time visit in February- crowds?

We are going to WDW Feb. 5-12, with Superbowl on Feb. 6 and Mardi Gras on Feb. 8 what can we expect the crowds to be like? Just looking for others opinions since we have never been there before. Thanks for any info.

Well, I'll be there 2-6 thru 2-13 . I'm really hoping that the Superbowl fans won't be thinking of WDW as a follow up to the game. I have worked 3 superbowls and I don't remember a whole lot of youger kids, mostly grown men. I know that I am a full grown Diney addict, but kids are often the inspiration for a disney trip.

New Orlean escapees from Mardi Gras are an issue. A lot of families use the Mardi Gras vacation time at Disney because it's less crowded. I meanwho else gets out of school on Feb 7&8 ? Only people in and around New Orleans. Having lived in New Orleans for 8 years I will tell you that most people leave for Orlando on the Friday previous and return to Orlando on either Mardi Gras day or Ash Wednesday.
