My wife and two kids, at the time 8 and 12 and 7 and 11 respectivly have made two trips to the world in 06 and 05. We had wonderful stays each time. On our first trip, we just went, went to the extended hours each park had and had a great time. 
For our second trip we ustilized tour guide mike, a new sponser to this site. the strategies he includes on his site worked great, we rode the popular rides like space mountain, soaring, (which we missed on our first trip) everest at least 2x on the days we went to the parks they are in. Following the plan did seem a little regimented for a vacation but it worked great. One of his pieces of advise is the afternoon break back at the hotel which we only did once and to avoid the parks with extra hours cause everyone is going there. 
We loved it both trips and I am currently lobbying my wife to make the trip again next summer, wish me luck!

We leave for Pop on Monday. This will our first family trip to WDW. ( I visited once when I was 16, so .... 11 years ago) I've been planning this trip for so long and have hit last minute panic mode. Any last minute advice for us?
