Hi,

We are heading to Florida for our Honeymoon on 27th October. This will be our first time there, first week will be spent in the parks and second week lying on the beach in Clearwater.
We have already booked tickets for Island of Adventures, Universal Studio's, Sea World, Busch Gardens (second week) and the Universal Halloween night special on the 31st.
Can anybody recommend good days to go to the parks?
As I said we will be in Orlando for the first week (6 days) and also want to squeeze in MGM and Magic Kingdom. Will we need a day in each park or can some be done quicker?

Can anybodt recommend and good place to go at night? (we are staying at Lake Buena Vista)

Lots of questions!!!!

graham,
I just returned from USO/IOA & Seaworld yesterday & found USO less busy on wednesday than on monday. we didnt get there until 12:30 & was able to walk on everything beginning with shrek, then jimmy neutron & so on. On saturday late afternoon at IOA tho we were able to walk on dueling dragons & only waited for maybe 10 minutes for hulk but didnt try spiderman because there was a 30 minutes wait but no single riders line. I'm only guessing its all on luck of timing.

try citywalk for night time entertainment, they have tons of restaurants & a handful of clubs. we always enjoy margaritaville for both the atmosphere (I usually only listen to hip hop & r&b but really enjoy the jimmy buffet & reggae music when I'm there) & the food is great!

we went to seaworld on tuesday & the wait time for journey to atlantis & kraken was nothing, we walked on both rides & were seated in less than 5 minutes! this was around the 2:00-3:00 time frame.

for more info & probably more replies on other places & parks around orlando, you might want to post your questions on the orlando hotels & attractions forum ;)

Take a day for each park. You are on your honeymoon!!!! Congrats!!!!!!

You will be busy, busy and very tired. But take it all in and enjoy!

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks.......we are planning on packing as much as possible into the first week then lying about for the second week by the pool drinking cocktails. I will file a report on how it went when I get back.
