We (my DH, DD (8), DS (6), and myself) will be heading to LA for Spring Break. We'd like to see DL, of course, but also other attractions, such as the Beaches, Hollywood, Universal Studios, etc. What location for a hotel would be the most convenient to get around to all areas? We will be renting a car as well. Any suggestions for areas of town and hotels? (looking for a nice hotel, but not to break the bank).
Thanks

Welcome 1st Timer. :hippie:

I recommend that you read all of the stickys at the top of the DL page, especially HydroGuy's Tip Threads. Here's the first one to read:

Alot of us can provide direction, but you need to decide:

- How many days/nights at DLR?
- How much per night for the room $60-$400 & what's important to you?
- If you've been to WDW, where do you like to stay?
- What else do you want to do in SoCal?
- How many total days in SoCal & what are the dates?

If we have enough info to direct you, you'll get alot of info from folks who know DLR & SoCal VERY well.

Have fun planning a visit to Walt's Park. :thumbsup2
