First time staying at the Swan question

Hi All,

I'm doing a split stay, will the Swan transfer my luggage or am I on my own for that?

I have heard yes and no to this question.
Last year we ended up with a rental car so we made the transfer ourselves from Swan to AKL. I think you just have to ask when you get there and if they say no, take a cab, the new resort will keep your bags until your room is ready and you can go to the parks.
You will love the Swan the beds are the best!

If you are transferring from the Swan to a Disney Resort, I believe they will transfer luggage for you. I remember reading about several instances where they did this, but it's been a few months. You can call the Swan and ask.

Thanks for the quick response. We will be transferring to the Poly. Hopping a cab will work just fine if the Swan doesn't offer the luggage transfer. Just can't wait to get there!

Disney resorts transfer to the Swan & Dolphin, so I would hope that that Swan & Dolphin transfer to the Disney resorts. We stayed and Y&B and Swan in March. The transfer from Y & B to Swan went very smoothly!

The Swan and Dolphin do indeed transfer to all of the Disney resorts! Have a wonderful vacation!
