First time renting points/staying at OKW

This will be our first time ever renting points or staying at OKW. I have secured a reservation "near hospitality". Is this simply a request that may not be guaranteed? Or will we definitely have a room near hospitality house? I am trying to decide if we will need to rent a car, and renting a car is not something I prefer to do on vacation at Disney. If we are in fact guaranteed a room near hospitality that will be a sigh of relief. TIA.
