and we all got A's :cool1: :woohoo:

Thanks to everyones great advice I was up before 6:55 AM patiently waiting on the SWA site :surfweb: Then at exactly 6:55 AM I clicked retreive reservation and I saw my name with a big letter A beside it. Scrolled down and checked...yes we all have A's on our boarding passes. :thumbsup2

I know this is silly but we' ve only flown a few times and have always had assigned seats. This will be our first time flying out of BWI.

Thanks again

FYI flew out of BWI on SW yesterday morning at 7:35 to Manchester, NH and people were lined up in the "A" cue very early. I know that this wasn't a flight to Orlando, but I imagine that it's the same way. We were lucky and although we got "A's" we were able to pre-board because we had 2 children under 5.

Now, this morning when I finally remembered that I had to go on and print out our boarding passes I wasn't so lucky and we got "B's". Although this time it will only be dh and I flying so if we get split it won't be such a problem. I plan on getting to the airport early and getting into that B line ASAP though!

On the last 2 flights we flew with SW both my DH and I had A boarding passes. We were the last ones in the A line. Why stand when you are going to get seats together. When we boarded, there was more than half a plane to choose from. We actually could have chosen the exit rows. We ended up at about mid plane. Even flying with a B boarding pass is not that big of a deal if you line up early. When SW was delayed and I missed my connecting flight on a trip, I was given a B boarding pass at the airport. Of course I complained saying that I had an A pass and through no fault of mine I missed my plane. Still gave me a B. I was second in line for B, and worried for nothing. Boarding with an A pass or lined up fairly close to the front in B will most likely give you seats together.
