We are going to the World the last week of September with our 3kiddos and my parents and brother. After lots of research, we booked a house in Windsor Hills through Florida Sun Vacations. Any reviews on Florida Sun Vacations. I've read lots of good things about WH but wondering about Florida Sun? Also, last week of September is a good week to go? Seems that it would be a pretty good week - public schools are in session and no major holidays... Also, when should I buy the actual 5 day tickets? Before we leave or when we get there? and I read that WH has a grest desk where you can purchase discount tickets - anyone done this and are they less expensive than ordering through Disney?

We get our tickets through http://www.undercovertourist.com/ UT's tickets include all the taxes and shipping, if you look on the Disney site, they do not.

If you subscribe to http://www.mousesavers.com/ they have a monthly newsletter and sometimes have a special code for additional discounts through UT.

Also, I thought in the past Disney raised their rates around August. Mousesavers and UT will let you know if that's going to happen and you can get your tickets ahead. DW tickets don't expire so buying them ahead of time when the prices are a little lower is a good deal.

I agree with Undercovertourist.com. I have bought from them in the past with great results. This year I bought discounted tickets through the YES program. If your children our into it, that might be a cheaper option for you.

I've rented through Florida Sun Vacation Homes in the past with no problems. In fact, we just booked a condo at the Windsor Hills through them for the first week of August. The actual rentals look exactly like the pictures on their website.

As for the tickets, I just compared prices this morning. Even after using the Mousesavers link for Undercover Tourist, I got a better deal from Kissimmee Guest Services. You can use promo code happy123 to save an additional 4% off your order. In the past, I have used both Undercover Tourist and Kissimmee Guest Services for our tickets with no problems.

Wow! Kissimmee Guest Service has some good prices. Do the prices on the grid include tax or is that extra. I see the $10 shipping charge, but couldn't find anything about tax included or not. I know UT's price includes tax and shipping.
