First Time outside of Magic Kingdom Resorts..wil I get used to transportation?

Will I get used to the transportation system at the Beach Club? Is it as good as the transportation system at Magic Kingdom? I know you can walk to Epcot and Disney Studios, but how is the trip to Magic Kingdom?

I had the same concerns when we started staying at the BWI. Don't worry - the transportation to MGM and Epcot is fabulous, whether you walk or take the boat. The bus ride to the MK is very quick. Sometimes when the resorts are sharing buses, we get off at the first stop and walk back to the resort.

I do like to arrive at the MK by monorail, though, so sometimes (I know people are going to think I'm insane) we take a taxi to the GF and ride the monorail. My fiance justs grits his teeth and smiles.

You'll love the Epcot area!

If you have the time and have the park hopping option, take a stroll thru Epcot and catch the monorail to the MK.

we just got back from the dolphin and it was the first time we had stayed at a non mk resort. It was also the first time that we rented a car, which I actually really liked. It's easy and free to park at all the parks and you don't have to wait for any buses. And if you buy your passes through AAA, you can get Diamond parking
