Going Deluxe in April

2 adults and 1 2 year old that will eat almost anything including sushi. She'll be sharing meals with us.

Saturday Lunch 12:30 Cinderella's RT (2 credits)
Dinner 5:30 Chef Mickey's
Sunday Dinner 6:40 p.m. Crystal Palace
Monday Dinner 4:50 p.m. Coral Reef
Tuesday Dinner 6:00 p.m. California Grill (2 credits)
Wednesday Dinner 4:00 p.m. Hollywood & Vine Fantasmic Dinner
Thursday Dinner 7:00 p.m. 1900 Park Fare
Friday Dinner 6:15 p.m. Narcoosees (2 credits)

Thinking of trying to get a breakfast on Saturday at resort before we leave. Any suggestions?

We are planning to do mostly counter service for lunch unless we happen to be able to walk in to a TS lunch at a park on that day. On Monday and Wed. we may share a room service breakfast and skip lunch since we have early dinners planned.

Please feel free to make suggestions for additions, revisions.

Thanks.

O'hana for breakfast, if you want another TS. Lilo and Stitch.

I'm sure you will be fine with what you have. Just keep any snacking on that first afternoon to something small as you only have about 4 hrs till the next TS.

Kona Cafe does a nice sit-down breakfast, quieter & low key if you're not wanting to do the character/party thing for breakfast...that's at the Poly.

Or if you do want characters for breakfast, there's Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary...

we did both of these just a couple of weeks ago and food was good at both.

I thought my CRT and Chef Mickey's reservation were a little close, but I didn't book until after the 90 day ADR window started. I doubt we'll have any snack that day unless it's an evening snack.

Thanks for the suggestions for a breakfast before we leave. I could only get a Chef Mickey's breakfast for 7:15 a.m. that day. I'm hoping to find something a little later since we're planning to sleep in at least until 8:00 a.m then do our last Disney meal before hitting the road for the 7 hour drive home.

Boma gets great reviews for breakfast.

First, people will tell you to cancel H&V Fantasmic. I'm here to tell you to keep it. It won't be as fabulous as Narcoossee's, but we had a good meal and the package was convenient. You might also want to consider the character breakfast or lunch there for the 2yo; that meal is tailored to the preschoolers. I think they are different enough that you won't need to switch the dinner to Mama Melrose, but that's your call.

I suggest making a lunch ressie for the Plaza in MK. It a cut above CS, but would give you a nicer meal, service and good break with the 2yo. Besides the desserts there are awesome; whatelse do you need in the Happiest Place on Earth? :thumbsup2

A resort breakfast, that's easy: Boma. Non character and with a 2you who will eat just about anything the range there will be fantastic. I just booked an ADR there for a few weeks from now. I booked the latest allowable time: 10:45am. :)

Hi

I will tell you about some of the meals you have planned but haven't visited them all.

Coral Reef was our best meal in August in terms of food quality, service and atmosphere and we're going back this year for our anniversary meal.

1900 Park Fayre dinner was also excellent - food, service and the characters all brilliant - going back!

Chef Mickeys - have done a few times and doing again. DD loves it - DH and myself think it's OK but there's better around for food quality.

Crystal Palace - have done 3 times - food just OK - we have always found service patchy at best - but we re still trying breakfast this year instead.

CRT - have only been for breakfast sorry but it's cool to eat in the castle - menu choices at dinner don't appeal to us (especially for 2TS's)

Narcoosees and California Grill - never been - one day....

I would like to add that some of your lunch and dinner times would be too close together for us - especially on the Saturday with a table service lunch at 12.30pm and a TS dinner at 5.30pm. Found that we were never ready for dinner when we booked an early time - although I appreciate it is a little different when you have a 2 year old.

I had an 8:25 at Chef Mickey's, but I was afraid my 2 year old would be too fussy by then, especially if we we're not seated right away. Plus we're planning to make rope drop at MK the next morning so I'd like for us to get to bed at a decent hour. 5:30 was our only other option and the only day we could get Chef Mickey's. We're resigned to the idea that Saturday's meals will be more about the experience than the food.

I'll keep checking back to see if a cancellation in the 6 or 7 o'clock hour.

Thanks for your reviews.
