First time on DDP any tid bits to know????

I know some places let you and kids have special drinks or some places have a dessert you must try or any other tid bits. Here is a list of the TS we will be eating I just want to know what I can get at each we have never done DDP before actually we always rented a house and have only had one CS meal in WDW oaver 7 visits can you believe that I don't have to cook any meals this time!!!!!

All are for dinner except MGM. I think someone said you could get smoothies at le'cellier and Kona but wasn't for sure.

I don't know about any except Le Cellier.

We had smoothies with our meal, no problem. The waiter actually suggested we try them. I said to him "I want a smoothie, but I am actually really thirsty, and need a drink, so I don't know what to do..."
He said to me "Don't worry, I will bring you both."

So I had a very yummy smoothie and a coke. (no charge!)

As far as I know, you arent *entitled to* a smoothie or shake as a drink. At some TS, you may be lucky enough to have it offered anyway (this would be good for the server, as they get 18% and a shake is worth more than a Coke ) As far as suggestions go, I think what you will like is quite dependant on your tastes. You will receive posts of what others did or did not receive at the particular restaurants you are interested in but our experiences and what may or may not happen when you arrive could be a completely different. The key is not to expect the extras but to look at them as "pixie dust" when your server offers it.
