First Time Log In On DVC Site

I have a question. I received a post card yesterday with my pin to get onto the DVCMember site. The site also asks for my "Club ID". Now I have a temporary membership card with a member number, but when I put that number in it doesn't work.

Now all this being said, we have not offically signed any paperwork yet! We received the paperwork and a mistake was made on the mortgage documents.

Am I looking at the wrong numbers here, or can I just not get on because we aren't "official" yet? I figured if they send the pin, why couldn't I get on!

If anyone remembers these numbers from the first time loggin on, please help me out!!!

There is a separate piece of paper in your welcome folder that has the DVC.COM password/id on it. I think it says "Welcome to DVC.Com" at the top.

And if it still doesn't work--mine doesn't--you have to call MS, and ask them to help you. I emailed DVC about not being able to log in, and that's what I was told. Like MS has extra time on their hands... My dues at work...
