Okay guys I have been VERY good the last week:
- Thursday - 5 mile stationary bike (30.34 mins)
- Friday - 5 mile stationary bike (30.13 mins)
- Sunday - 6 mile walk (1 hour 15 mins)
- Monday - 10.19 mile stationary bike (60.00 mins)
- Tuesday FIRST EVER GYM SESSION
My first ever gym session (I used the gym in the hotel I was staying in on business) consisted of getting an intro from the personal trainer and then the following:
- 10 mins stationary bike warm up - cardio programme
- 20 mins cross trainer - cross training programme
- 5 mins rowing machine - 750 metres
- 30 mins free weights - bicep, tricep, waist, lats
Sorry if this is all rather self indulgent ladies (and gents) but I am just so proud of myself for being able to do so much in the last week!
