Have been to Disney World lots of times but this will be my first trip to Disney Land. It will be me, my DH and my DD who is 8. We are flying from the East Coast June 16 and leaving June 23. Planning on doing Disney, Universal, beach, not sure what else. Maybe San Diego zoo, baseball game, window shopping in Beverly Hills, etc. Any tips/ideas? Is it important to stay in a Disney hotel like it is in Disney World? What is the best/cheapest way to buy tickets? How many days do I need to allocate for Disney World/Universal? I am so lost with this. Thank you so much in advance for any help you can give me. :flower3:

Jack, you were too fast on the trigger for me today! ;)

Trey, only had a couple of minutes to post before the insanity started so I jumped on it, figured you or Ski would be along shortly.
