First time home buyer

Im looking to buy a house here in florida. Before i start i want to say i have already been pre approved for a FHA loan and i have the money for the down payment and closing costs. I was looking for programs that help first time home buyers who make below a certain amount ( i dont make much) with the down payment/closing costs. Like i said i have the money but i figured if i can get some help so i would have extra in savings it would be good.

So i was wondering if anyone had any expirience with getting these kinds of grants or assistence
