We stayed at WL this past fall - Oct 29-Nov 5. We got back to the resort around 3pm. I don't know if there was a parade, but there was trick or treating at different stations around the lodge - you could pick up a map at the front desk. They also had Goofy and Pluto by the bridge in the lobby taking pictures for a couple of hours - they would switch out after a period of time. They also had some pumpkins out on a table in the lobby that some of the WL staff had carved and the guests voted on which they thought was the best. I don't know about
MNSSHP on/after Oct 31. We actually went to the one on Oct 30 and it wasn't too bad.
