First time flying Southwest

We flew Southwest (out of Buffalo) for the first time on the 17th of March and just returned last Thursday and I was very pleased with their service and their prices!!lol

Many of you great folks (Gail Hayden for one! ) has given me lots of information on this airline and I found everything you all have said to be true. Great FA's and very hilarious to boot!

We also used curbside check-in, in Buffalo for the very first time and was extremely pleased with this service too! Gail.........we had our tips all ready for the skycap and he was very helpful and assured us that our bags wouldn't go to Afghanistan!

Thanks again for all those that helped us decide to fly Southwest.....we'll be flying with them again in the near future!

LOL Gail! Yes curbside check-in does save time especially when you're there before dawn!
