First time flying any suggestions

Thanks it's nice to know someone else has tried the red eye with children. We do have little pillows to take. I plan on having the girls take a nap before our flight out. Okay me too. We plan to visit Epcot so we are gonna do all the good rides then take it easy in the afternoon.The girls will be excited about the princess dinner we reserved. Their 17,and 12 yet they act like 5 each when it comes to disney. Any other tips are great for a first timer thanks.
