First time to WDW (and probably won’t be going again for a while), going for a week before our cruise out of Miami. Family of 4 (Daughter 8, son 11). Daughter is not into princesses. Have been to disneyland before so familiar with some of the rides. Staying at wilderness lodge mid March.
I’ve been lurking this site (thank you for all the tips) and have the following itinerary. Looking for feedback on whether there is too much going on, it is over planned? We are there for 6 days and like some down time. Also looking for feedback or suggestions on anything i missed, or what ADR’s to drop (i feel like we have too many) and want to save some money. Our tickets arent park hopper, one park per day. Thanks!
Day 1:
plane lands around 5:30 from Canada. Using magic bus but probably will bring bags on board (not use yellow tags). Nothing scheduled, maybe order or pick up water, snacks, breakfast for stay (instacart, garden grocer, uber to grocery store). Do rooms have fridges?
Day 2:
Magic kingdom (9-3pm)
Have fast passes for: Splash Mountain, BTMR, 7DMT
Lunch ADR: Be Our Guest
Hotel and swim in pm
Dinner ADR for Hoop Dee Do Dinner
Day 3:
Epcot (9-2pm)
Have fast passes for: Spaceship Earth, Soaring, Journey into Imagimation
lunch ADR: Teppan Edo
Hotel and swim in pm
magic kingdom (7pm - 1am) after dark
Maybe try to catch the fireworks?
Day 4:
Animal kingdom (11-5pm ish)
Have fast passes for: FOP, FOLT, K Safaris
Lunch ADR: Yak & Yeti
Dinner ADR (7:30) - california grill (thinking of cancelling this, is it worth it? And just eating at hotel?)
Day 5:
Hollywood studios (11-5pm), don’t care for star wars
Have fast passes for: SDD, alien swirl, TSM. Would like to see beauty & beast
Lunch ADR: 50s Prime Time (thinking of cancelling this, reservation is one hour before SDD at 11:50 so not sure if enough time)
Head to Disney Springs
Dinner ADR (6:30pm): Morimoto Asia (cancel this and just wing it in case we want to stay at HS?)
Day 6:
Epcot (9-1pm)
Fastpasses for: nemo and friends, soaring, living with land. Will try to rope drop test track
(Don’t care about frozen)
Lunch ADR: have teppan edo again, but thinking of dropping of changing to something else (suggestions)?
Hotel & swim
Animal kindom after dark (7-12am)
Day 7:
Magic kingdom (9-12)
Have fast passes for: 7DMT, peter pan flight, space mountain
Do we have ADR overkill? Too much going on? Any feedback would be welcomed.
