First time Disney-er question regarding adding flight info for Magical Express

So I'm currently online adding my flight info for Disney's Magical Express service. I just have a question about what to put for my arriving flight. My flight to Orlando isn't a direct flight. I'm taking Southwest and leave from Long Island. However, I stop in Baltimore and then go to Orlando from there. So for my arriving flight do I put in the information for my flight departing from Baltimore? I've never done this before so I want to just double check to make sure I'm doing this all right!

They need to know the info for the flights that arrive and depart from MCO. DME is not at all affected by the other legs of your flights.
