Hi everyone!
We will be going on our first cruise in May as part of a Land and Sea package. We will be flying in to MCO and spending 4 days at WDW before heading to the cruise. I am trying to make reservations for one of the towncar services to take us from the airport, to Disney, and then on to the cruise. The problem is, I am confused by all of the websites that post their rates, because they either give round trip to the airport pricing, or round trip to the port, but not the 3-way transportation that I would need (MCO-hotel-port-MCO). Does anyone know what the rates are for this kind of transportation? I've called several companies (Tiffany and Your Ride) but no one has called me back. Can anyone explain the pricing...and make a recommendation for one of the companies? Thanks!

Go to the site sponsor Fl. Tours. When entering your required service towards the bottom is a selection called "Transfer Detail that applies your Trip Type:" in this drop down at the bottom is the selection "Land/Sea Transfer". This is what you want to select.

BTW!

We have always preferred to use FL Tours for our transportation. Andy is a wonderful guy who will see to it you are taken care of.

FL Tours is the official transportation company of the DIS and by using them we are supporting these boards. I know that I would be lost when it comes to my Disney planning without these boards.

We just came back from our land/sea vacation and we bought our ground transfers from Disney and absolutely LOVED it. It includes baggage handling, so you just get off the plane, hop on the bus and your baggage arrives in your room via "Disney magic" I swear! They came and picked up the bags in the hotel room the morning we boarded the ship and later that day, they were in our stateroom. It might seem a bit more pricey, but there is virtually no tipping involved because you never see the baggage handlers and there is no backbreaking experiences either because they tote the bags everywhere for you. You just tag your bags at your home airport and the rest is taken care of. I worked out that Tiffany would have been $215 (plus tips) and Disney transfers cost us $276. I in my opinion, it was worth it to use Disney. Totally easy - no guess work!

What time did the Disney bus take you from your hotel to the port? I have been told that the buses don't leave WDW until noon or so and we want to be at the port early to be sure to get a reservation at Palo and the spa. Are there Disney buses that leave early for people that want to be at the port before 1:00? Thanks!

Our bus left the resort at 11:45. We didn't mind the time because it gave us time for one last character breakfast before leaving. We didn't make Palo reservations, so I am not sure if we would have been on board in time, but we were on the ship by 1:30. Because you are doing a land/sea package, you will show all of your documentation at the hotel when you arrive and you will get you Key To The World card right then, so you can just board the ship quicker than other people because you are already checked-in.

Hope that helps!

Enjoy your vacation - I am already jealous of other people going and we've only been back 3 days!!

We have used your ride in the past and they were awesome! We used them on our land/sea in 2002 and they gave me a quote for the 9 legs of our trip. I just emailed and told them what I wanted and they emailed me back with a price quote. I sent a request off to your ride just yesterday for transportation from MCO to POR and got a quote back from Thom. I'd try just emailing them rather than calling!

When we used them in 2002 we went MCO/Poly/AKL/Port/Port/AIrport hotel/POR/back to POR to pick up the inlaws/Por to the port and they were great to work with. We found that once we got over 3 people it was cheaper to use a car service than to use DCL transfers and we liked the grocery stop included and the convenience of going when we wanted to go. The morning of our cruise we went to AK for the morning and then to the port. Got there about 2 and just walked right on. We didnt make ressies but it was simple and painless. We beat the last DCL bus by about 15 min I think as we passed it on the freeway :teeth:

This time we are using your ride to the POR and then southern elegance limos to the port and back to the airport. We got a great rate from them so hopefully all will go good! If not we have one expensive taxi ride from POR or from the port! LOL
