First Time Cruise have a ccouple of questions

I have read many of the posting and still have a couple of questions that I am sure the veteran cruisers can help with.

We plan to fly in one day early just to be safe, the question is if I stay at a disney resort does the bus pick up there or do I have to make my way back to the airport

Next question is what is the customary tipping rate or set amount for tipping, so much per day pay at the end or a percentage type tipping each and every day

third question better at the front of the boat or at the back

There are disney buses that do pick u up at the resorts, sorry but do not know more than that..
