We are going to WDW for the first time and taking our 3 year old daughter. Camping at Ft Wilderness. We only have two days. We want to go to MK one day, any suggestions for the second? How do you get from FW to MK? We will arrive on Thursday, any ideas for a 1/2 day? :)

Welcome to the camping board

to get to the magic kingdom you can take a boat from the fort wilderness marina directly to the theme park.

As far as a second day or a half day spend it in the Campground, they have a nice petting farm, pony rides, check out the Disney horse barn, not sure when you are going but River Country might be an option, or you could rent a mouse boat on bay lake,

Another option might be to visit downtown Disney or resort hop - this is always fun and cheap.

Welcome to the DIS :) :)

We felt that Animal Kingdom was an easy park to do in a 1/2 day. Your 3 yo will love the safari, and the dinosaur playground. Try Bugs Life if she's adventuresome, but even if not walk around the tree of life, it is beautiful.

The campground is so much fun, do the peting zoo. My 4 yo loved the sing a long and the movies.
