First time booking multiple rooms

Okay, this is the first time we've done a family trip to HHI where we will be booking 2 rooms - a Studio and a 2 BR. I already have the Studio booked with me and DW as the room occupants. I will be booking the 2 BR next week. In that 2 BR it will be me, DW, DD36, DSIL and two grand children. The studio will actually have just our DS41 in it. Does it matter if I get the correct names on the Studio before I book the 2BR? Or do I need to get them correct just sometime before we check in?

I have moved guests around between rooms-- including changing the adult on the reservation-- in the past without an issue. It has to be done by calling though; there's no option to do it online.

You will want the correct names on each prior to linking the reservations to MDE.

If you call, MS may make you change the names on the studio prior to letting you book the 2br. If you make the reservation on-line, it doesn't check.

You can also use the contact us feature on the member website to send a list of the occupants for each room.

When booking multiple rooms I often just have my name on the reservations to start out.

You can send MS an email via the contact form on the member website after the fact to assign names to the reservation and to make room requests.

Best bet would be to call. But then again last time we did 2 rooms was a headache because my dad and I have the same name
Heck they have even more issues after my son was listed as an adult with three guys with the same name
