Tomorrow I will be booking a trip for my family of 4. This will be our first trip to Disneyland and are booking a 1 BR villa at VGC. We will be staying for 2-3 nights in early July. My question is whether there are any special location requests I should make when making the reservation? We are long time DVC owners and have always traveled to DW. We expect to spend most of our time in the parks but will also use the pools some. Thanks for the help!

Park view: 6502, 5502, 4502, 5508, 4508.

I had a 1 bedroom in August 2013 & 2015 and requested those numbers. In 2013, got 4502, in 2015 got 5502.

Agreed. ..

I requested specific room#s a couple times and got my first or second request. The list isn't that long -Nonsuch has a great exterior picture with room#s overlaid in the GC thread.

This is the request list I use when I go to VGC:
6504, 5504, 4504, 3504, 5510, 4510, 3510, 5516, 4516, 3516

I got a third floor room in October and while I didn't have a direct view of WoC, it was still amazing.

Having more rooms in the list maybe makes easier to get a theme park view. First time I went I got a second floor room and while I had just a view of mainly trees, I could still hear the background music while drinking my morning coffee on the balcony, it was still nice.
