How was the bus transportation from kidani ? Like to get to CR or Poly? How
long should we leave for travel for those adr's? What are some of the best
things on the menu at these places? Would love recommendations! Thanks.

I think you have picked some great places.
The only bit of advice that I would give (after 35 trips there) is that, if you are enjoying a park and the rides and attractions, consider skipping running to the next ADR and enjoy where you are. A lot of the counter-service is very good and you can pick that up anywhere without planning. You will also feel very full from the meals, so again, if you don't feel up to it, consider cancelling the reservation and don't force it.
If your reservations on the list are in order, you will be spending a lot of time hopping from park to park chasing reservations (I know a lot of people do that, but I'm not a fan of that).
I know that it's pretty common to have a lot of stuff completely pre-planned, but try not to need a vacation after your vacation from all the running.
Allow yourself to relax.

Thanks. I guess after reading all the guidebooks and lurking on the dis everyday when it gets
closer you just want to do too much. We are planning to try mid day breaks to get a break
and hopefully relax.

I know what you mean. After all of these years of visiting, I have the free Dining plan for the first time ever. I have never used any dining plan and have just gone wherever I feel like it at the time. GEESH this is making me nuts, ADR's, etc. Constantly second guessing myself on IF i made the right decisions 3 months in advance. Who does that besides us crazy Disney planners??

I think by day three I'll just be doing counter service and cancelling everything. Don't anyone get excited though, I didn't book anything that is tough to get (it wasn't that important to me. I know what Disney food is and it's ALL better than going to Applebees).
Sometimes the best thing to do is grab that big pineapple lapu lapu at the poly and sit on the beach and watch the sand blow! It's vacation not a marathon.
