First time at Universal : Cabana at Hard Rock

We are renting a cabana at the Hard Rock on a Saturday in the Summer. We don't think we could stay there ALL day, what would make more sense, taking a break to head over to Universal or IOA for a few hours or heading to City Walk?

Universal is SO EASY that you could decide that day whether you do IOA or City Walk.
When we had our cabana we thought we would leave, but we wound up staying all day (into the evening)! If you do leave, be sure to let your server know you plan on returning, even though you have it all day, they appreciate knowing that.

We are going down in August and were wondering what is the cost roughly of renting a cabana for the day. We thought of doing the parks in the morning and late evening, but spend the afternoon at the pool to enjoy the pool and weather.

With a Universal hotel reservation I am paying about $200 for a regular cabana. You rent it for the entire day...9 am to midnight.
