First time at Swan

I know this technically is not an “official” Disney resort, but I have a couple questions. I have only EVER stayed at Disney properties, but could only get F&W reservations at Swan, hence my needing help Here are my questions:
1. Can we still get magic bands if staying at Swan?
2. Can we reserve FP+?
3. Can we reserve ADR?
4. If YES to any of these, can I do them via MDE?

We usually stay at the Swan and love it there, especially their alcove rooms. To answer your questions, you can buy magic bands from Disney but they don't come free with your Swan room and you can't charge anything to it. You can reserve FP+ and ADR same as if you were at a Disney resort. You can set up MDE and have everything there, including your Swan reservation.

Thank you so much. We just returned home from WDW OKW so I’m guessing we can just add tix to those magicbands for this trip

Yes you get 60+length of stay to book your FP+. You can also qualify for ADRs at the 180 day mark. You can reuse any existing MBs if you still have them. Just add your tickets to your MDE account and any MBs that are still active on your MDE account will work interchangeably.

Also you don't get DME from / to the airport if that is important to you.

Note: MBs have a battery for some non-touch point access and the average battery life is ~2 years. Things like enhanced ride interactions and ride pictures will not work once the battery has died. You can still tap your MB at the touch points for ride photos.

Depending on how you booked the Swan, your reservation may automatically bw linked to MDE or you will simply need to use the Swan Confirmation number to link your reservation to MDE.
