We've been to WDW 12 times and like to try new restaurants. This year, we are trying three new ones.....Ohana, Cinderell's Royal Table and Prime Time Cafe. All of our reservations are dinner reservations.

My son is a pretty picky eater but I think he'll like these restaurants.

I would like to hear your thoughts on each of these restaurants.

Thanks in advance!

Great choices! I LOVE Cindy's Royal Table. There is something for everyone. And the ambiance is awsome. The cast members really get into the spirit of things as well! My favorite meal was from here. We ate during wishes.. they pipe in the music and you see the reflections of the fireworks on the darkened room walls. VERY cool!

Be sure to look for Jack and Gus in the lobby!

Prime Time was DELICIOUS! Your cast member may or may not get into the play of things but with a youngster there, hopefully they will. The food was awsome.. I loved the fried cheese!

O Hana you'll get mixed reviews on. Some folks love it. There are activities for the little ones (they sat us in the isle so most of our meal we were getting hit with sticks and coconuts or hoola hoops or kids... but it was disney so we looked past it.

I hated the food. The steak was pretty good but that is the one meat they never came back with. Our server wasn't great at all. Seemed to forget us, yet rush us at the same time if that makes sense. We asked for a window seat for the water show and waited an extra hour for one only to be seated nowhere near the window.. yet several seats opened right after we sat down and others were sat there. Not a huge deal but we'd never have waited the extra hour for a window seat only to get a pretty bad seat (in the isle).

The meat was dry. I really didn't care for it and probably won't go back. But others will strongly disagree.

I hope your son isn't picky with eating meat.

We LOVED Cinderella's Royal Table ! It was one of the best meals we had, and my DS16 and DS12 are picky eaters.

Thanks for the information. He likes meat but he doesn't care for many sauces, gravies, etc. I figure he'll find something on these menus.

we did prime time and we loved it
the theme was just great
our "cousin" was great, she was quick and witty
I myself am extremely picky i got the meatloaf and asked to not have the sauce which was no problem

I have only tried one of your three... we ate at 50's PT twice last trip and not only was the food yummy, but the decor and wait staff were awesome! :thumbsup2

We tried Prime time for the 1st time last time and didn't care for the
place, my food was good (grilled salmon) but if you don't care for
being forced to eat all of your food (even if you're full) I wouldn't
eat there.
We were so full after eating appetizer and I couldn't finish
my entree and our so called Cousin (with such a heavy accent that could not understand what she was saying--must have been from the Old Country) was making us feel guilty and said we should go ahead and order dessert (NO Thanks!)
We were so uncomfortable the rest of the day from overeating!!
Being only 3 of us we were put at the same booth with another loud annoying group of woman who we had to pretend we were related to.
Very Loud restaurant, not a pleasent place to eat at all,. We left with headaches and upset stomachs.
I know we are the only ones that feel this way about the PT.
Thank goodness there are other choices for TS at MGM for our next trip.

I have already warned my husband and son about the atmosphere at Prime Time. I never clean my plate at home (my husband says that why I only weigh 99 pounds) and I will not be forced to when I am on vacation. I will have no problem, whatsoever, telling the server to leave me alone and bring my gosh darn food when I want it.
