First time at Beach Club HELP please

This will be our 15th trip, but first at the Beach Club. DD picked it for her graduation trip. I booked a standard room, what will I get? Should I call and change that? We wanted facing Epcot with a balcony.

That's really the best standard view you can hope for. It looks into the trees and over an access road but at night you can see the higher fireworks of Illuminations from a lot of those rooms.

We had that view once and EPCOT was beautiful at night. I would call and ask. I also like the view of the courtyard.

You should ask on the BC/YC thread. You'll get lots of info about BC. Standard views face parking lot or roofs. We had an Epcot illuminations view, but we had a GV room.
Be sure you look at all the info on pg 1.

Most of the standard view rooms face the parking lot and most of the garden view rooms face Epcot, but there are exceptions. As far as balconies go, only about half the rooms have full balconies, regardless of what view they are.
