Forgive me if this is posted somewhere and I have overlooked it. We have not been to WDW since early January 2016 and we go back in 12 days. We have 8 park days and plan to have 2 full days in each park.

Our plan is to rope drop each morning. In your opinion, what are the first three rides we should head to in each park? (Please list them in order.)

Thank you!!!

MK day 1 = SDMT, PeterPan, Space (or Pooh for 3rd)
MK day 2 = BTMRR, Splash, Pirates (or Jungle Cruise for 3rd)
HS day 1 = MMRR, Slinky, MFSR (DONT FORGET 7am ROTR boarding group both days!)
HS day 2 = (#1 should be one of the ones I listed above if it didn't work out on day 1), then TOT, RNRC
AK day 1 = FOP, NaviRJ, Safari
AK day 2 = FOP. (yes again), Everest, then Kali (or Dino)
EP day 1 = Frozen, Test Track, Soarin, then 4th LWTL
EP day 2 = Test Track (if waits were too long day 1), Spaceship Earth, Figment?

MK - 7DMT, Pan, HM
EP - Frozen, TT, Soarin
HS - ROTR (boarding group), RNRC, ToT
AK - FoP, Dinosaur, EE

We always rope drop when possible, but our kids are teens, and we actually skip a lot of the more popular rides...like Frozen, SDMT, and Navi. So i won't include those, BUT if you do want to ride any of those, I'd put Frozen and SDMT at the very top of the rope drop lists. Navi after FoP. We often skip all of Fantasyland too, so we also leave off Peter Pan, Lately though, PP waits are not too bad.
AK 1st day: FoP, Safari, EE (morning safaris are the BEST.)
AK 2nd day: FoP (if you loved it,) OR EE, Dinosaur (then Kali and Safari again)
MK 1st day: Space, Astro Orbiter (kids love this...), HM
MK 2nd day: BTMRR, Splash (multiple rides on both if possible,) Pirates or HM (or Jungle Cruise if you like it)
Again, if you want Seven dwarves Mine train, do it first! on the 1st day!
Epcot: 1st day: TT (often not quite running at opening,) Mission Space, Soarin
Epcot: 2nd day: Soarin, whatever you liked/missed. OR Frozen if you want it, and do it 1st!
HS: SDD, MFSR, ?? maybe MMRR if line is not long, or a lot depends on your RotR BG
HS: ToT, RnRC, MFSR, OR if you want to ride MMRR (which is SO great and fun) do it at rope drop.
We had luck having the times go down after lunch, and right before closing. But definitely get in a ride on MMRR, it's a great addition
Could change, but we found Slinky times stayed high most of the day, I'd rope drop it. TSM was kinda low a lot of the day. MFSR varied. MMRR varied. Queue is mostly outside, so prepare for that. Night was better for it for us
Good luck!
Keep in mind parks are opening quite a bit before actual scheduled time. Rope drop for us means being at the park at least an hour before opening. Hubby and son were 2nd on FoP one day, and first on ToT another day.

Magic Kingdom- Seven Dwarves Mine Train, Peter Pan, any of the mountains

EPCOT- Test Track, Soarin’, Frozen

Hollywood Studios- Toy Story Mania (may as well ride Slinky Dog Dash while you are there) Tower of Terror, and Rockin’ Roller Coaster

Animal Kingdom- Flight of Passage, Everest, Dinosaur

Just a tip from our trip last week. Go an hour before rope drop. We were let in early to each park and most times the rides started when they let us in if not you could get in line for the first ride.

At MK, we always put SDMT at the very end of our day. We get in line just before closing. That line gets long fast and I would rather wait in a longer line at the end of the night than waste that time in line in the morning when we can get in so many other rides during the first couple of hours of the day.

How did you get to the parks that early each morning? Was resort transportation running or did you Uber? We will be coming from Pop.

We stayed at the Doubletree at Disney Springs and drove to parks. We were at each park waiting for parking lots to open.
